About the role

The MUSC Health – Columbia Medical Center Downtown is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their Heart Failure ICU night team within the nationally recognized MUSC Health Heart and Vascular Division.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care in the ICU, inpatient units, and outpatient clinic.
• Managing and coordinating care for patients with acute and chronic heart failure.
• Evaluating new and established patients.
• Aiding with peer-to-peer approvals and care coordination.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current or eligible APRN licensure.
• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current or eligible PA licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a FNP, ANP, AGACNP, ACNP, or PA.
