MultiSite Treating Center Manager - Physical Therapist
About the role
This dynamic role blends patient care with leadership, giving you the opportunity to treat while guiding and supporting multiple teams. Candidates must be licensed Physical Therapists with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations of at least two therapy centers and assure efficient caseload management patient scheduling.
- Implement local market business plan, including company objectives and initiatives.
- Aid in developing fiscal budgets and strategic plans for assigned centers.
- Ensure profitability and justify monthly profit and loss statement negative variance for your areas of responsibility.
- Help develop center-specific marketing/sales plans for traditional referrals.
- Ensure appropriate productivity and staffing levels and quality of care.
- Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager.
- Conduct staff orientation and training, and conduct annual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans.
- Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings, college relations' activities and patient care skills development opportunities).
- Recommend staff for recognition.
- Conduct routine quality assurance and corporate compliance audits in assigned centers.
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree or higher in physical therapy
- Physical Therapist license in your state of practice
- CPR certification
