About the Role

This is a permanent, paid part-time opportunity with U.S. Bank—not a temporary role. We are hiring for multiple Part-Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teams. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and apply policies and procedures
• Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Contribute to team projects
• Support teammates with a variety of day-to-day tasks

Schedule

• Part-Time: 15–19 hours per week
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Flexible within 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Minimum: 4 hours per day

Location

Saint Paul, Tempe, Milwaukee

Hybrid: 3 days in-office required

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• OR High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience

Skills & Experience

• Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
