- Oversight of all phases of litigation
- Serving as lead or day-to-day case manager
- Supervision of associates and staff
- Primary client contact
Requirements
- At least ten years of employment litigation experience
- Substantial work on single plaintiff matters and wage and hour class actions
- Active member of the California bar
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Significant deposition and courtroom experience, including arguing motions and handling hearings
Skills
- Experience with employment advice and counseling is preferred
- Contribute to business development and client relationship growth
