Multiple Locations (San Francisco, Los Angeles) - Labor & Employment Counsel

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all phases of litigation
• Serving as lead or day-to-day case manager
• Supervision of associates and staff
• Primary client contact

Requirements

• At least ten years of employment litigation experience
• Substantial work on single plaintiff matters and wage and hour class actions
• Active member of the California bar

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Significant deposition and courtroom experience, including arguing motions and handling hearings

Skills

• Experience with employment advice and counseling is preferred
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth
