Labor and Employment Attorney – Bay Area
About the role
Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is seeking a 3 – 7 year attorney to join its Labor and Employment Law Practice Group in its Bay Area offices to serve its public sector clients. The position will provide legal advice to public sector and private clients with respect to employment and traditional labor matters.
Responsibilities
- Transactional and labor and employment experience
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Prior employment litigation experience preferred
Requirements
- 3 – 7 years of relevant experience
- Admitted to practice in California

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $158,000 – $206,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
