Multiple Instruments instructor needed in Creston, OH

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors for multiple instruments. We do not have a physical studio in the Creston, OH area, but we serve students in the area through in-person lessons or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Teach multiple instruments to students in their homes, your home, or your studio/rehearsal space.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office about student progress and any issues.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and passionate about teaching music.
• Must have one of the following: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when necessary.

Skills

• Ability to teach multiple instruments.
• Good communication skills.
• Organization and punctuality.

Benefits

• Paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate.
