Multiple Instruments instructor needed in Vermilion, OH

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors for multiple instruments. We do not have a physical studio in the Vermilion, OH area, but we serve students in the area through in-person lessons or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Teach multiple instruments to students in their homes, your home, or your studio/rehearsal space.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office about student progress and any issues.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and passionate about teaching music.
• Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible with scheduling and able to travel to students in the Vermilion, OH area if necessary.
• Willingness to teach via webcam, though this is not common among our student base.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple students and lesson plans.
• Knowledge of multiple musical instruments.
