Multiple Instruments instructor needed in Community, VA

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors to teach multiple instruments. Lessons can occur in the students' homes, the instructor's home or studio, or via webcam. The position is independent contractor-based, with pay ranging from $20-$30 per hour depending on travel time, experience, and student retention.

Responsibilities

• Teach multiple instruments to students in the Community, VA area
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with the office
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching
• Organized and punctual
• One of the following: degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when applicable

Skills

• Ability to teach multiple instruments
• Effective communication skills
• Organization and punctuality
