Multiple Instruments instructor needed in St. Louis, MO

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for multiple instruments. Lessons can occur in the students' homes; in your own home or your own studio/rehearsal space; or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Bring out the star in your students
• Teach multiple instruments
• Set your own schedule and curriculum/lesson plans
• Communicate with the office and be organized and on time for all lessons

Requirements

• Great with kids
• Loves teaching
• Previous teaching experience OR formal music training (degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience)

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when applicable due to the current pandemic

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to teach multiple instruments
• Flexibility with scheduling

Benefits

• Independent contractor pay between $20-$30 per hour

• No commute required, either teach from home or travel to students in the St. Louis, MO area

Pay

You would be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour dependent on travel time, your experience/education, and your student retention rate.
