Multimedia Specialist - Remote

OneDigital · United States · 2 wk ago
RemoteRemoteMarketing$60k–$75k/yrFull-time

About the role

This role brings OneDigital's thought leadership and brand content to life across every channel our audiences use. Working from source material (podcasts, articles, interviews, webinars, executive commentary, etc.), this person shapes that content into clips, animations, graphics, video shorts, reels, and other formats that extend our brand voice and reach a wider audience, faster. We're looking for someone who brings creative instincts to the table, spots opportunities in raw content that others might miss, and helps shape how our brand shows up across formats and platforms. The ideal candidate balances speed and volume with genuine creative thinking, producing work that's on-brand, high-quality, and built for how people actually engage with content today.

Responsibilities

  • Design polished, on-brand creative assets across presentations, leadership decks, digital communications, videos, event materials, brand toolkits, message guides, and other strategic content needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with growth & sales teams, internal communications, M&A integration, regional teams, and other field & business stakeholders to ensure strong alignment across message, design, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal creative partners and external agencies to translate business needs into effective concepts, ensure brand consistency across deliverables, and extend campaign or content work across channels and touchpoints.
  • Own end-to-end production turnaround on a consistent cadence, balancing speed with brand and quality standards.
  • Edit and produce video content across formats, including captioning, motion graphics, and platform-specific cuts (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, internal channels).
  • Adapt a single piece of source content into multiple derivative assets suited to different channels and audiences.
  • Use AI and digital tools to accelerate editing, ideation, and iteration, while applying strong creative judgment to maintain brand consistency and quality.
  • Support brand and campaign asset production as needed — presentations, event materials, printed collateral — though the core focus is content-to-market production.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and production workflows to support a high-throughput content operation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Video Production, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in a creative, brand, communications, or design-focused role, with proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia production, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, short-form content production, and social-first design work.
  • Fluency in video editing capabilities, with hands-on experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • High proficiency using AI and digital tools to support ideation, drafting, iteration, and creative workflow efficiency in a thoughtful, brand-safe way.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to refine messaging, structure communications, and present work with clear rationale.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, time management, and comfort owning multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva, with strong Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience turning long-form or thought leadership content into short-form distribution assets.
  • Familiarity with platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).
  • Exposure to web content management systems, email platforms, or digital content publishing workflows.
  • Comfort contributing to light copyediting, headline development, script support, or message refinement in partnership with communications and brand leaders.

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $60K to $75K per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.

Benefits

  • Health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits
  • Paid time off
  • Overtime pay for non-exempt employees
  • Robust learning and development programs
  • Reimbursement of job-related expenses per company policy
  • Employee perks and discounts
