Multimedia Specialist

About the Role

The Multimedia Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Colquitt Regional Health System in Moultrie, GA. This position is responsible for planning, capturing, and producing engaging visual content that supports the organization's marketing, communications, recruitment, and community outreach efforts. Serving as the department's primary photographer and videographer, the Multimedia & Content Specialist creates compelling photo and video content that strengthens the organization's brand through visual storytelling across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels. The role also supports the Marketing team with social media content creation and management.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Photography, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of professional photography and videography experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, editing, and multimedia storytelling.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio, and video production equipment.
• Strong understanding of photography composition, lighting, exposure, and visual storytelling.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Strong storytelling, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience creating Reels, short-form video, or other social-first content.
• Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts.
• Drone pilot certification (FAA Part 107).
• Motion graphics experience.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred.
