Multimedia Production Designer
About the role
We anticipate an upcoming opportunity for a Multimedia Production Designer to support the creative production team in developing high-quality digital and print marketing assets. This individual will partner with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Production teams to execute visually compelling content while ensuring brand consistency and meeting production deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital and print creative assets for marketing campaigns, retail, eCommerce, and social media.
- Prepare production-ready files for various channels, including web, email, print, digital advertising, and in-store marketing.
- Audit existing creative concepts across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining brand standards.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing partners to execute creative projects.
- Review artwork for accuracy, quality, typography, color, and production specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, templates, and production files.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established creative, branding, and production guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of multimedia production or production design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and marketing production work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
- Experience preparing files for both print and digital production.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color management, and brand consistency.
- Experience supporting retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design platforms.
- Understanding of HTML email production or motion graphics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
