Multimedia Production Designer

Responsibilities

• Edit video content for training, communications, engagement initiatives, and social media.
• Create simple motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Assist with video shoots and production-related tasks.
• Adapt and produce creative assets for a variety of digital channels, including eLearning modules, presentations, email communications, social media content, and internal communications.
• Prepare and package files for print production.
• Cook up with internal partners and external vendors to support production timelines and delivery needs.
• Create mock-ups and visual concepts to support project development.
• Aid in content formatting, publishing, and localization workflows.
• Support recurring projects from concept through final execution.
• Collaborate with designers, business partners, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions while maintaining established brand standards.

• Be organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing a variety of projects and deadlines.
• Bring experience working with multimedia creative content, including digital, print, and video assets.
• Show a passion for design, storytelling, and visual communication.
