About the role
A Multimedia Designer is needed to join a creative team focused on designing engaging digital learning experiences. The role involves transforming complex concepts into compelling training solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, motion graphics, and interactive content.
- Collaborate with creative leadership, instructional designers, developers, and project teams to develop polished visual solutions.
- Develop detailed storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that balance aesthetics, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
- Prepare organized production-ready assets, documentation, and implementation guidelines for seamless collaboration with development teams.
- Present creative concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with branding standards, accessibility guidelines, and project requirements throughout the production lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in creative workflows, design processes, and multimedia production standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience creating high-quality visual, multimedia, or interactive digital content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, illustration, motion graphics, UI/UX, interactive media, or related creative disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience designing interfaces and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UX/UI design platforms.
- Solid understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, accessibility (WCAG), user-centered design, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas and explain design decisions confidently.
- Experience working with instructional design teams, eLearning platforms, or rapid authoring tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or interactive web development concepts is considered a plus.
