About the role

The Marketing Media Coordinator provides administrative and creative support to the Multivac U.S. Marketing Department, executing marketing tactics to engage potential and established customers. This role implements initiatives across digital websites, social media, and email campaigns. Travel may be up to 30%, and schedule flexibility is required to accommodate trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute video content for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media based on corporate branding and brand guidelines.
  • Create and maintain website landing pages to support advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Trade Show Manager to assist in pre-, during-, and post-show communications and video production/editing.
  • Collaborate with the Industry Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager to execute marketing activities.
  • Assist in creating presentations to support sales needs.
  • Coordinate email campaigns and corporate e-newsletters using platforms like MailerLite.
  • Distribute marketing newsletters, launch packages, collateral, and communications from the parent company.
  • Maintain social media channels with timely updates.
  • Source, create, and maintain visitor experience elements, including video screen content and lobby/atrium displays.
  • Generate and edit digital images and videos to support marketing activities and customer visits.
  • Plan, film, and produce on-site videos at customer facilities for marketing and promotional use.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on marketing activities, lead generation, and campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and increase lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, or a related field; or a minimum of two (2) years of experience performing similar duties in a B2B environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP, C4C, or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) preferred.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software applications and technology tools.

Schedule

Flexible to accommodate trade show and event schedules, with up to 30% travel required.
