About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators in implementing innovative teaching strategies and improving student outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of educational theory and practice, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies aligned with district goals
• Collaborate with teachers to improve classroom practices and student engagement
• Evaluate and provide feedback on teacher performance and professional development needs
• Facilitate professional learning communities to enhance collaborative teaching
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly
• Support the implementation of the district's strategic plan for student success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Education preferred
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• Experience in educational leadership or administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of educators

$75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
