About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators in implementing innovative teaching strategies and improving student outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of educational theory and practice, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies aligned with district goals
- Collaborate with teachers to improve classroom practices and student engagement
- Evaluate and provide feedback on teacher performance and professional development needs
- Facilitate professional learning communities to enhance collaborative teaching
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly
- Support the implementation of the district's strategic plan for student success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Master's degree in Education preferred
- At least 3 years of teaching experience
- Experience in educational leadership or administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of educators
