About the role

Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training
• Assesses subordinate employee performance
• Assigns subordinate employees to tasks
• Manages subordinate employee salaries
• Manages subordinate employee disciplinary actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Interfaces with customers on a professional level

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
