Multifamily Superintendent

About the role

Lead on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
Oversee safety compliance and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and project managers.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
