Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects ranging from $25M-$150M+
- Lead project strategy, financial oversight, and execution
- Manage client relationships and business development efforts
- Direct Project Managers, APMs, and support staff
- Ensure project profitability and successful delivery
- Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance
Profile
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Strong multifamily and commercial construction background
- Experience managing large, ground-up developments
- Proven leadership of project teams
- Strong business acumen and client-facing skills
