About the Role

Lead HR across California, Nevada, and Arizona. Support a workforce of approximately 335 employees. Partner directly with executive and operations leaders. Own HR, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. Make an impact across multiple locations. Work with field, warehouse, driver, and office teams. Utilize your California labor law expertise. Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across CA, NV, and AZ
• Oversee multi-state payroll and compliance
• Handle employee relations and investigations
• Administer leaves, workers' compensation, and accommodations
• Manage onboarding, I-9s, and terminations
• Oversee prevailing wage and certified payroll processes

Qualifications

• Multi-state HR experience
• Strong California employment law knowledge
• Hands-on multi-state payroll experience
• Prevailing wage and certified payroll experience
• Experience with union and non-union payroll
• HRIS/payroll system experience; Paylocity preferred

Pay

$125,000-$135,000 base
