HR Manager - Multi Site
About the role
DSV is a global leader in transport and logistics founded in 1976. The P&O Manager role is located in the USA, specifically in Colorado. This role is preferred to be based at one of the following locations: Madison, MS, Newton, MS, Lake City, GA, Cherry Valley, IL, Goodyear, AZ, Burbank, WA, Reno, NV, Denver, CO, and Gilbert, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Partners with business leaders to guide and support business initiatives.
- Acts as a change agent, driving transformation and managing communication and engagement activities.
- Establishes robust recruitment processes to attract and retain talent.
- Implements, interprets, and administers employee and labor relations programs.
- Facilitates and provides training and development to management and the workforce.
- Provides coaching and advice to managers and employees to resolve issues and provide support.
- Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
- Administers existing programs in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Promotes diversity-related initiatives within the assigned area or country.
- Supports timely and effective communication and administration of deliverables.
- Utilizes internal and external data to generate and analyze reports as required.
Requirements
The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in HR, particularly in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits, is preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of HRIS systems and compliance with labor laws.

Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is $100,400.00 – $115,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
Schedule
This role is full-time and requires travel as required.
