Job Summary
i9 Sports is seeking a Multi-Sport Instructor to lead their weekend programs. This role involves teaching fundamental skills in a fun and engaging manner for young athletes.
About the Role
This position covers the South Cluster, which includes Eastvale, Norco, Corona, Riverside, Chino Hills, and Jurupa Valley. Assignment locations vary by season, requiring reliable transportation within the cluster.
Responsibilities
- Teach drills and fundamentals for Soccer, Flag Football, and Baseball (Basketball and Volleyball experience a plus)
- Manage the setup and breakdown of equipment
- Keep time, manage the score, and adjust coaching style based on age group
- Maintain a positive attitude with parents and coaches
- Use an inviting, high-energy mindset to engage 3–8 year olds
- Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience playing or coaching Soccer, Football, and Baseball
- Child-centric mindset: Patient, engaging, and genuinely enjoy working with younger children (ages 3–8)
- Pass a mandatory National Criminal Background Check

- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
Benefits
No benefits package is offered at this time. Payment is based on a game rate structure, with compensation determined by the number of games worked.
Pay
Total weekly compensation is the established rate multiplied by the number of games completed (including setup and cleanup blocks).
Schedule
Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday shifts)
