Youth Multi-Sport Instructor

About the role

Join our team of high-energy coaches as we launch our award-winning youth sports enrichment program in Colorado Springs. We're seeking experienced individuals to lead fun, movement-based sports classes for children aged 1 to 10.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, movement-based sports classes using our curriculum
• Engage kids and manage class dynamics confidently
• Represent our brand in schools, daycares, and community events professionally and enthusiastically
• Build relationships with families and school staff to support growth in enrollment
• Help shape our presence and operations in the new Colorado Springs territory

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with young children, especially ages 1-6 preferred
• Own reliable vehicle with space for sports equipment
• Available weekday and some weekend mornings (afternoon flexibility is a plus)
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and Safesport certifications (we'll assist)
• Soccer coaches should be open to pursuing a U.S. Soccer Grassroots license post-hire

Pay

$18-$25/hr DOE + commission for marketing/sales efforts
