Multi-Sport Coach

About the role

TGA is committed to nurturing young athletes by providing engaging sports programs directly in their schools and communities. Our goal is to teach kids the fundamentals of sports while encouraging character development, teamwork, and proper sportsmanship. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a GMulti-Sport Coach.

Responsibilities

• Teach basics and fundamentals of various sports to children ages 5-14
• Emphasize the joy of playing sports alongside skill development
• Foster a love for golf through fun, interactive lessons that incorporate education and safety

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Availability during after-school hours (2:30 PM and later)
• Reliable transportation
• Excitement for teaching kids and sharing the game of golf
• Ability to connect with kids and create a fun, safe environment
• High energy, flexible, punctual, and creative
• Comfortable communicating with children and parents
• Willingness to commit to at least one full season
• Pass a clean background check
