Multi Sport Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. This position is excellent for someone interested in pursuing early childhood education or child development.

The majority of classes are held during after-school hours and on weekends. Ideal availability includes some of the following days and times:

• Monday–Friday: 3:00–6:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

New coaches can work 5–10 classes a week and earn from $25/hr up to $40/hr, depending on experience and progress in the position.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
• Be open-minded and embrace coaching as a continuous journey

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (e.g., as a sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader)
• Enjoys working with children
• Access to reliable transportation
