Multi Site Operations Support Specialist (Supervisor)

Job Overview

Summit Building Services is seeking a Multi Site Operations Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. The role involves working 30-40 hours a week in the North East Ohio area with a flexible evening schedule after 5pm. The pay rate is $23.00 per hour, including PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests or complaints in a timely manner
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
• Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure specifications are met
• Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
• Complete work tickets
• Send reports to Area Manager
• Recommend special project work when needed
• Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position
