Job Skills / Requirements

Summit Building Services is looking for a Multi Site Operations Support Specialist to grow with our team. You will be working Monday-Saturday, 30-40 hours weekly after 5pm on a varying schedule. This position supports client sites in Columbus, Zanesville, Logan, Cambridge, Marion, and the surrounding areas. Pay rate $23.00 per hour and includes: PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities. You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
• Provide coverage to unstaffed buildings to ensure service is completed
• Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
• Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
• Complete work tickets
• Send reports to Area Manager
• Recommendation of special project work when needed
• Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position
