Multi Site Float Nurse / RN

About the role

Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a variety of healthcare settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess patients' conditions and document findings accurately
• Participate in rounds and team meetings to discuss patient progress
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in the medical record
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in your state
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
