Multi Site Float Nurse / LPN

About the role

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess patients’ conditions and document findings accurately
• Participate in rounds and provide input on patient care plans
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in medical records

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in your state
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
