Responsibilities
- Assist in patient assessments and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
