Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation
• Combine hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our most valuable asset – our people
• Drive safety initiatives that make a real difference
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions
• Build relationships and influence positive change
• Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities
• Ensure immediate care is always available
• Transform safety data into actionable insights
• Engage associates in our safety mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience
