Multi-Site Community Manager

About the role

As a Multi-Site Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing community engagement across multiple sites in Aurora, Colorado. This role requires strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of community dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with residents and local businesses.
• Coordinate events and initiatives that promote community involvement and support local causes.
• Monitor social media platforms to engage with the community and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all sites.
• Assess community feedback and make recommendations for site improvements based on resident needs and preferences.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in community management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking.
• Experience with community outreach and event planning is highly desirable.
