Multi-Service Care Specialist - Phlebotomist + Medication Delivery

About The Role AllCare is hiring licensed phlebotomists to serve as Multi-Service Care Specialists across Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in Northern California. In this field-based role, you'll complete route visits that combine four services: medication delivery, phlebotomy, medication reconciliation, and diagnostic testing — all in a single facility visit. This is a Full-time, W-2 employee position with flexible scheduling. You will be assigned to consistent facilities and supported by a dedicated pharmacist and dispatcher on every route. What You'll Do On each route visit, you will: Deliver cycle medications to assigned ALF facilities and obtain confirmation of receiptPerform blood draws for scheduled residents following Quest Diagnostics standardsPerform diagnostic tests at assigned facilities (TM Flow & VAT) — training provided by AllCareVerify and reconcile medication lists with nursing staffDocument and photograph each delivery per AllCare's compliance standardsRepresent AllCare professionally in a clinical setting Routes are structured for completion by early afternoon. Compensation & Schedule Full-Time (W-2): Your pay combines a competitive hourly rate with a per-service performance bonus and mileage reimbursement: $25-$30/hr — paid for hours worked at the facility (rate confirmed at offer)Performance bonus per service successfully delivered to each patient — amount confirmed at offerMileage reimbursed at $0.725/mile — outbound routes onlyFlexible scheduling based on availability — days assigned weekly by Dispatch Your earnings grow with the number of patients and services you deliver.
