About the role
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales initiatives across multiple hotel properties. This includes managing relationships with key clients, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and coordinate sales activities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
- Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in CRM software

- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
