Multi Functional Info Systems Analyst Stf - E4 (RAF Lakenheath ALIS Administrator Stf)

About the role

This is an operational support role to an active fighter unit; you will be responsible for the security and integrity of our systems that keep our jets flying.

Responsibilities

• Interacting daily with users and ALIS/LM leadership
• Backups, restores, and disaster recovery of systems/databases/network equipment
• System/database/software/firewall/account maintenance and monitoring
• Installing system wide software, allocating mass storage space
• Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multi user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier2 and engineers
• Reviewing processes/procedures, collect system operational data for analysis
• Laptop re-image, troubleshooting, account maintenance
• Regular monitoring of systems/applications for availability and performance

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access
• Willing and able to travel for military deployments/detachments (ship and/or shore) for extended periods of time dependent upon operational needs
• Capable of working various shift hours to include weekends to support customer mission requirements

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance with investigation within the last 6 years
• Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within 60 days of hire
• IT experience of any combination in system/database/network administration
• Knowledge of any of the following: Windows; SQL; Cisco products

Skills

• Troubleshooting Applications
• Account Maintenance with Active Directory/Oracle/CRM
• Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, virtual machines, databases and network equipment
• Virtual Machine Management Service (Hyper-V/ VMware)
• Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components
• Applying updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, to include the JSF ALIS hardware and software
• Master Craftsman in at least one ALIS/MPE training plan and Craftsman in one additional training plan

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
