About the role
Maintain and enhance Tier II systems infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability of critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve system performance issues
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably in a Tier II support role
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- CCNA certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and VMware
- Knowledge of SQL databases
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
