MSP - Tier II Systems Engineer

About the role

Maintain and enhance Tier II systems infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability of critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably in a Tier II support role
• Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• CCNA certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and VMware
• Knowledge of SQL databases

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
