About the role
Maintain and enhance Tier III systems infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Tier III systems infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system and network issues
- Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tier III systems engineering
- Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Qualifications
- CISSP certification preferred
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
