Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT support requests including hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide expert guidance and support related to Windows OS, Office 365, and other business applications
- Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure rapid resolution
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or related field
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently or within a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are an advantage
