MSO Performance Analytics Lead

The Role

Lead analytics with AAD’s largest end users, developing and deploying analytics dashboards and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and manage reporting and analytics to support Key Division End Users - MSOs (Multiple Shop Organizations)
• Support the RepairStack™ Platform customers
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in analytics & visualization development/enhancement
• Improve & standardize data management and data collection processes in support of analytics & visualizations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues by working directly with customers, third-party partners, and internal teams
• Build robust documentation in support of analytics and reporting structures
• Support alignment of key financial accruals tied to CIP rebates to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI design and implementation in a private, public, government or military environment
• One (1) year of Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Qualifications

• Relationship builder with a competitive nature experience
• Experienced in data exploration and analysis: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support data workflows and visualization solutions
• Strong skills in SQL and experience with Azure Analysis Services for data modeling and querying
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay & Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $145,676 - $178,049, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Details available at this link.
