About the role

The Marketing Analytics Lead is a hands-on analytics professional responsible for driving insights across our B2B marketing organization. This role helps the business understand how marketing contributes to revenue and identifies opportunities to accelerate growth across channels, audiences, and the full marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your own analytics workstream or mini-project such as building segmentation models, analyzing paid media performance, evaluating event impact, or supporting attribution systems.
  • Support marketing channel owners and drive efficiency and ROI with your insights.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to deliver recommendations, build dashboards, automate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve data flows and data models.
  • Present findings to peers and immediate leadership, clearly explaining insights and the rationale behind recommendations.
  • Mentor junior analysts on tools, techniques, and analytical best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CJA, Atlas).
  • Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive new analytical methods or workflows.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI to automate code writing.

Pay

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $79,920 to $152,160 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.
