Lead Director, Performance Analytics

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Salesforce Performance Analytics team
• Drive analytics and AI-enabled capabilities strategy
• Align analytics roadmap to business and Field needs
• Translate business requirements into scalable insights solutions
• Set team priorities for support and capability building
• Oversee service tickets and data load processes
• Drive continuous improvement in platform usability and team effectiveness

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in sales analytics or business intelligence
• Experience in health plan/payer or large provider systems
• Proven leadership in strategic direction setting
• Ability to collaborate with senior sales leadership on KPIs
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel
