Lead Director - Performance Analytics & Optimization

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director - Performance Analytics & Optimization to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will own a performance analytics and optimization function focused on measuring results, improving visibility, and driving smarter decision-making across a highly regulated healthcare environment. The role will partner closely with operational leaders and analytics stakeholders to create consistent performance reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights. By building a disciplined measurement framework, this person will help improve outcomes across claims-related processes and support enterprise-wide performance management.
