Position Summary

The MSB District Manager is responsible for the profitability, supervision of the MSB Sales Associates, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and operation procedures in the assigned District. Key responsibilities include managing the team's performance, training, and development, as well as ensuring compliance with AML & BSA certifications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensures locations are fully compliant with Company, Federal, State, local regulatory safety, labor, workers compensation, and health requirements.
  • Complies with the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Enforces the AML Compliance Manual and Procedures.
  • Manages the training schedule and coordinates the execution of the plan.
  • Provides feedback to Support Center about challenges locations face and need assistance with.
  • Maintains working areas and equipment in optimal conditions, monitors maintenance and repairs.
  • Cultivates a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Sets clear performance expectations for her/his team and conducts timely performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Recruits, trains, and develops the best sales associates.
  • Motivates, inspires, and engages the Sales Associates.
  • Manages stress and remains cool under pressure.
  • Effectively resolves conflicts and makes recommendations to effectively address issues.
  • Ensures an effective communication between the Support Center and location teams.
  • Monitors operational standards to guarantee locations are executing department core programs.
  • Addresses and supports underperforming locations.
  • Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws while upholding company values, customer service philosophy, etc.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibits excellent multi-tasking skills.

Physical Demands And Work Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use the hands to handle objects, tools, or controls. Vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. The work environment is that typical of an office.
