Responsibilities
- Champion Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values by demonstrating the behaviors that contribute to Lozier’s success.
- Responsible for the routine attainment of parts and supplies needed for maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
- Expedite the receipt of critical parts through to delivery to the end user.
- Maintain good working relationships with suppliers.
- Analyze needs for spare parts, and set inventory levels for same.
- Acknowledge and document purchases in accordance with company and departmental purchasing policies.
- Maintain the physical inventory of parts and supplies in the maintenance department, including shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and all other physical duties necessary to maintain this valuable inventory.
- Maintain the accuracy of the inventory on the computer system.
- Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.
- Able to work and interact well with others.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in maintenance software system.
- Experience with MP2 and Oracle preferred.
- Working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Working knowledge of equipment and machinery terminology (roller bearing, needle bearing, bushing, reducer ratios, horsepower, etc.).
- Intermediate organizational skills, including ability to maintain inventories in orderly fashion on a continuous basis.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks (understands the timing of placing orders for adequate stocking).
- Excellent communication skills.
Skills
- Working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
