About the role
We're seeking a skilled Gas Turbine Engine Mechanic to join our team on the 1st shift (Monday-Friday). In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping gas turbine engines running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and meticulously repair gas turbine engines, including reassembly for peak performance.
- Repair and fabricate engine parts and tools using techniques such as sanding, blasting, deburring, and brazing.
- Replace worn or damaged components using precision tools and gauges.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality by ensuring parts meet exact tolerances throughout the repair process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engine module discrepancies with a keen eye for detail.
- Prioritize safety by ensuring all tooling is properly calibrated before use.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- A&P license (Airframe and Powerplant) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience as a gas turbine engine mechanic is ideal.
- Willingness to tackle challenges and contribute to a team environment.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational requirements.

Pay
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
