About the role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Turbine Engine Production Operator to join our growing team. This rewarding 1st shift role (Monday-Friday) involves supporting disassembly and meticulous repair of gas turbine engines, including reassembly for peak performance. You’ll assist in operations by maintaining 5S standards, building module stands, and driving supportive projects. Your responsibilities include breathing new life into engines by replacing worn or damaged components using precision tools and gauges, ensuring parts meet exact tolerances throughout the repair process, troubleshooting and resolving engine module discrepancies with a keen eye for detail, and prioritizing safety by ensuring all tooling is properly calibrated before use.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting disassembly and meticulous repair of gas turbine engines, including reassembly for peak performance.
  • Aid in operations by maintaining 5S standards, building module stands, and driving supportive projects.
  • Replace worn or damaged components using precision tools and gauges.
  • Ensure parts meet exact tolerances throughout the repair process.

  • Prioritize safety by ensuring all tooling is properly calibrated before use.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An A&P license (Airframe and Powerplant) is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a gas turbine engine mechanic is ideal.
  • A willingness to tackle challenges and contribute to a team environment.
  • The ability to work overtime as needed.

Additional Information

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
