MRI Technologist - Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Summary: Under general supervision... operates MRI unit... etc. That's about the role. - Responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences: Understands and practices principles of safety..., Prepares and tests..., Recognizes..., Ability to troubleshoot..., Screens..., Appraises..., Selects..., Verifies..., Accurately performs eGFR..., Accurately calculates..., Positions..., Protects..., Utilizes..., Ability to perform complex imaging..., Prepares, labels & QCs..., Assists radiologists..., Participates in in-service..., Participates in clinical instruction..., Maintains thorough knowledge..., Maintains knowledge of nursing procedures..., Able to assist with discharge..., Observes policies..., Maintains ethical conduct..., Upholds standards..., Maintains working area clean... - Minimum Qualifications: includes Basic Knowledge, Experience, Work Environment And Physical Requirements. - Pay Range: $40.10-$65.65 - Sign On Bonus: Eligible for up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus - Work Type: Rotating evenings 3p-1130p - Work Shift: Evening - Driving Required: No - Union: United Nurses And Allied Professional - Location: Rhode Island Hospital - 593 Eddy Street Providence, Rhode Island 02903 - Also mention values etc but that's boilerplate? Might be considered part of About the role? The values and core success factors maybe part of About the role but could be considered generic. However we need to preserve substantive information; we can include them in About the role if they are specific to the organization. The posting includes: "Brown University Health employees are expected to successfully role model the organization's values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence as these values guide our everyday actions with patients, customers and one another. In Addition To Our Values, All Employees Are Expected To Demonstrate The Core Success Factors Which Tell Us How We Work Together And How We Get Things Done. The Core Success Factors Include Instill Trust and Value Differences Patient and Community Focus and Collaborate". That's somewhat generic but still specific to the organization. We can include in About the role. We need sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what to put where. We have: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications (basic knowledge, experience, work environment). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe certifications (ARRT, BLS). Could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe interpersonal skills, technical skills, ability to calculate eGFR, etc. Could be separate. - Benefits: Sign On Bonus up to $20,000. - Pay: Pay Range $40.10-$65.65. - Schedule: Work Type Rotating evenings 3p-1130p, Work Shift Evening. We also have location, union, driving required. Could be minor metadata folded into a short p or dropped. Probably we can include location in About the role or a separate p after sections? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include location, union, driving required in a short p after sections, maybe as a "Details" paragraph. But we should not create a heading for it. We'll just add a
with that info. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes "Brown University Health is committed to providing equal employment opportunities..." that's boilerplate; remove. Now produce HTML. We need to use
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We'll produce something like:
