Qualifications and skills required include certification in MRI technology (e.g., ARMRIT or ARRT-MR), BLS certification, at least one year of clinical experience, and strong communication and customer service skills. The candidate must be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and proficient in anatomy, pathology, and MRI safety standards. The role also entails participating in departmental training, documentation, quality control, and supporting operational needs such as patient transport and supply management.
