The role requires independent judgment, technical proficiency, and adherence to safety protocols, including contrast administration and sterile techniques. Qualifications: at least 1 year of clinical experience, certification as an ARMRIT or ARRT-MR, and BLS certification. Skills include excellent communication, customer service, ability to work under pressure, multitasking, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The technologist must maintain equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality control and departmental operations. Additional requirements: strong understanding of anatomy, pathology, and MRI procedures, with competence in patient positioning and safety.
